Description/Question

Fred mentions presenting a proposal with a couple of students to then-president Howard Dillingham about opening a summer theatre in Martha's Vineyard, off of Cape Cod, comparing his sign-off then to what would need to be done to approve a program like that later. He also goes into the risks that Dillingham took in moving the campus up onto the hill, and the transitions that the move to a bigger space involved for the theatre directors in particular.
