Development and use of license forms for libraries with and without electronic resource management systems
In an effort to mitigate time spent inputting license terms into an Electronic Resource Management system, the Electronic Resources Librarian at the University of Northern Colorado developed a form to record license data. The development of the form and training of staff to enter pertinent data is discussed. The authors also touch upon implications for implementing license forms in libraries with an Electronic Resource Management and those without such a system. © Taylor & Francis Group, LLC.
