Abstract

We present a new determination of [Formula Presented] using 5 million [Formula Presented] events obtained with the CLEO II detector. Our value is derived from our new measured ratio [Formula Presented]. Using [Formula Presented]%, we extract [Formula Presented]. We compare this result with various model calculations. © 1998 The American Physical Society.
